A self-described “internet nerd” since 1995, Trajan has worked in the Silicon Valley for big and small companies. He also holds a couple of patents on internet technology and a couple of degrees. Trajan now helps entrepreneurs find the support and resources they need to create their own business.
Trajan shares with us his mistakes when launching a new product as an entrepreneur, and shows how we can keep our startup lean and strategic – so we can reap the rewards of our hard work:) He also shows us how to make sure we are launching a product that will actually sell – before we invest our money and energy into it.
BEST ADVICE:
1. Before you think about offering your service or product – build a list!
2. Don’t keep your new product idea a secret. Tell everyone, get opinions, and pre-sell your product if possible.
3. Get your toughest and most important tasks out of the way first.
BEST MINDSET SHIFT ADVICE:
1. Why not me?
2. Break goals down into smaller, more manageable chunks.

NATASHA’S REFLECTIONS:
I love that Trajan is so clear in telling us that it is crucial to do your homework before putting your energy and money into a product or project launch. Having made the mistake of not preparing properly before launching a product myself (and ending in disaster), I completely agree with his message! Survey your list, see if you can pre-sell the product, research to see how your competition is doing….make absolutely sure there is a demand for your product before you start pouring your energy and money into it. Also, keep your startup costs as low as possible!
